1.Q: How do you do in QC (Quality Control) ?

A: We work in strict accordance with ISO9000 standards. Also we have the complete system of QC (Quality Control), QA (Quality Assurance), QE (Quality Engineer) and QD (Quality Development).

 

2.Q: How many staff are there in China ACPASS Display ?

A: We have over 70 employees including 5 QC staff and 6 technical developers. Generally speaking, we have a condensed staff structure.

 

3.Q: How many products do you develop independently?

A: We develop all what we sell. At present, there are over 2,700 moulds of our products in our factory.

 

4.Q: Do you manufacture all components of products?

A: No, we only make core parts ourselves. Other parts are from our suppliers, for example packing bags.

 

5.Q: Do you provide OEM service?

A: Yes, in fact frequently. We attach importance to the customer confidential information to ensure security. Except OEM, we also provide ODM service.

 

6.Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Normally within 30 days after your payment is transferred by T/T (paid in advance). But when the products quantity is not too large, we can make it 20 days.

 

7.Q: Is graphic printing your new business?

A: No, we have been printing for 12 years, so we are professional to print for you.
